Arrive at the airport and meet your driver who will take you to your hotel in Ponta Delgada.
Enjoy breakfast at the hotel before departing on a half-day tour to the Sete Cidades Lakes via the scenic mountain road, offering beautiful views of the island’s flatlands. Visit the iconic Vista do Rei viewpoint and the village of Sete Cidades. On the return to Ponta Delgada, stop at the local pineapple plantations. Afternoon at leisure. (B)
Enjoy breakfast at the hotel before departing Ponta Delgada for a full-day tour of Furnas via the scenic south coast. Stop in Vila Franca do Campo and continue to the Furnas Valley, passing by the lake. Visit the botanical garden, with free time for a relaxing swim in the natural thermal pools, followed by a visit to the hot springs. Enjoy a traditional “cozido” lunch cooked underground by volcanic steam. Return to Ponta Delgada along the north coast, stopping at a tea plantation and the Santa Iria viewpoint. (B,L)

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel before your transfer to the airport for your flight to Faial Island. Upon arrival, transfer to your hotel and enjoy a free day to relax or explore at your leisure. (B)
After breakfast, transfer to the harbor and take a 30-minute ferry to Pico Island. Explore the north coast from Madalena toward Cachorro and Lajido, then visit São Roque to see the Whale Factory and natural swimming pools. Continue along the mountain road to Capitão Lake at 900m and visit Lajes (Whalers’ Museum). Stop for lunch before exploring the south coast, including Mistérios de São João, São Mateus Church, and Criação Velha vineyards (UNESCO World Heritage). Return to Madalena, take the ferry back to Faial, and transfer to your hotel. (B,L)
After breakfast, depart Horta for a full-day tour of Faial. Explore the Caldeira Natural Reserve, surrounded by vibrant hydrangeas, and enjoy views from Ribeira das Cabras along Serra of Feteira. Stop for lunch, then descend to the Fajã in Praia do Norte and visit the Capelinhos Volcano Interpretation Centre (site of the 1957–1958 eruption). On the return to Horta, stop at Varadouro to admire Morro of Castelo Branco, and end the day at Monte da Guia with panoramic views of the city and Porto Pim Bay. (B,L)
