A full-day tour that will guide you through the beautiful landscapes of the Douro Valley. Being the first demarcated wine region in the world and having its landscape classified as a UNESCO World Heritage site defines this charming and unique region in the North of Portugal. During this tour, you will enjoy stunning panoramic views of the Alto Douro region, and have the opportunity to experience the wine culture of the Douro Valley with visits & wine tasting at two local wine estates (Portal and Bonfim Estates or similar). Lunch will be offered in a typical restaurant, where you will enjoy some of the traditional gastronomy accompanied by local wine. Finally, in Pinhão, we'll board a boat for a relaxing 1-hour panoramic cruise on the Douro River before returning to Porto by bus. The tour duration is 8-9 hours.
