No vacation on the Amalfi Coast would be complete without a trip to the evocative island of Capri! Depart in the morning by fast ferry from Amalfi to Capri. Passing along the Amalfi Coast and Punta Campanella you will admire the entire Peninsula from the sea. Upon arrival in Capri, meet your expert local guide for the day who will take you to the dock where you will board a local boat for a cruise around the island. With the live commentary, you will enjoy a full lecture about Capri, its nature & its environment. Arriving in Marina Grande, start a guided walking tour of Anacapri including the Belvedere, from where you will have a wonderful view over the island. You will then have some free time for lunch on your own, or an optional chairlift ride to Monte Solaro (extras payable locally). In the early afternoon departure by minibus to Capri town centre for a walk through the narrow alleys & elegant streets. This walking tour will end near the Augustus Gardens, where you can take the best photos of the Faraglioni rocks. You will also enjoy some free time in the town centre to shop for some of Capri’s glamorous fashion items in the many elegant boutiques or enjoy a coffee or your favourite drink in the Piazzetta while watching the world go by. In the afternoon return to Marina Grande to board the fast ferry back to the Amalfi Coast.
